After reading one of my favorite brand creators blog (Johnny Cupcake), Coach and I were inspired by his words.."As minor as it may seem, paying attention to often overlooked details could make or break your business. Give people a reason(s) to talk about your business. Give them a reason to come back. Whether it be big, little, strange, funny, or innovative."
